Senior Backend Developer – Blockchain Infrastructure

We’re a blockchain infrastructure company powering institutional staking. Our Institutional Hub connects custody providers like Ledger Enterprise and Fireblocks to secure, compliant staking across multiple blockchains.
Role description
We’re looking for a Middle/Senior Backend Developer to lead and scale our backend systems. You’ll own architecture, drive performance, and ensure security across our microservices and AKS infrastructure.
What you’ll bring
Strong experience with Node.js (NestJS preferred)
Expertise in microservices, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), and Docker/Kubernetes
Solid knowledge of MongoDB, API design, and backend security (OAuth2, JWT)
Leadership in architecture and mentoring
Bonus: Blockchain/Web3 interest, Angular familiarity
Tech stack
NestJS, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes
Testing Frameworks (such as Jest)
Azure/GCP, CI/CD pipelines
