Colossus digital created the Institutional Hub, a B2B Marketplace that enables secure, compliant staking directly from custody providers, such as Ledger Enterprise, Fireblocks or Dfns, unlocking asset productivity across multiple blockchains.

Role overview

Colossus is looking for a Marketing Strategist to drive our digital presence and brand awareness across key platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping how institutional clients—including banks, venture capital firms, digital asset managers, and funds—engage with our content and solutions.

As part of the marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our social media campaign, community engagement, advertising campaigns on google, promote our product for a B2B target, ensuring our thought leadership in blockchain and digital assets reaches the right audience.

This role requires a proactive, analytical, and creative mindset, with the ability to translate complex blockchain topics into engaging content for institutional stakeholders.

Responsabilities

Digital & Social media strategy

  • Collaborate on social media strategies across YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and Substack to increase visibility, reputation, and community engagement.

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and corporate visibility efforts with external PR agencies.

  • Create, execute, and optimize paid ads campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).

Product strategy

  • Align marketing communications with product development cycles to support launches, updates, and technical announcements.

  • Support go-to-market execution with product positioning documents, one-pagers, and value proposition frameworks.

  • Collaborate with product and compliance teams to ensure alignment in messaging and market relevance.

Email Marketing

  • Plan and execute targeted email campaigns (newsletters, product announcements, event invitations) to segmented audiences (validators, partners, prospects).

  • Work alongside the content team to craft high-converting emails with compelling copy and clear CTAs.

  • Monitor performance (open rate, CTR, conversions) and optimize campaigns based on engagement analytics.

  • Manage tools to ensure deliverability and audience growth.

Onsite marketing

  • Manage content and updates on the WordPress website, ensuring that product messaging, UI, and CTAs are clear and conversion-oriented.

  • Create and maintain landing pages for product verticals, events, and campaigns.

  • Coordinate with design and dev teams to ensure site performance and UX meet institutional expectations.

  • Track and improve onsite funnels using Google Analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing.

  • Identify and implement SEO opportunities in coordination with technical teams.

SEO & Analytics

  • Monitor and optimize website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and relevant tools.

  • Set up and refine conversion goals in line with marketing KPIs.

  • Analyze website and campaign performance, generating actionable reports for decision-making.

  • Track and report on key metrics across platforms including LinkedIn, X, and Substack.

Event support & coordination

  • Support the planning and promotion of industry events, workshops, and conferences such as Staking Summit, Digital Asset Summit and others..

  • Coordinate logistics, speaker materials, and post-event follow-ups.

  • Assist in the creation of branded collateral for live and virtual engagements.

  • Evaluate event success through lead generation, participant feedback, and ROI metrics.

Requirements

The Social Media & Marketing Specialist at Colossus must be proficient in a range of digital marketing, content creation, and analytics tools to effectively execute campaigns, optimize performance, and maintain brand consistency. The ideal candidate should have expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with the following:

  • Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager

  • Website Seo and optimization

  • Substack, Mailchimp or similar email platforms

  • Ads: LinkedIn Campaign Manager, X Ads, Google Ads

  • Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills

  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS or Web3 industry

  • Proficiency English

  • Fluent in English; excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment

Nice to have

  • Experience with institutional custody providers (e.g., Fireblocks, Ledger Enterprise)

  • Understanding of staking mechanisms (PoS networks)
